The details you submit are for reviewing your ask or source lead and contacting you about it. They are not published automatically.
What the forms collect.
ASK LBB collects your name, email and the brief you choose to provide, including any organization, dates, place, budget, guest count or constraints. The source form collects your details and the person, place or operator you suggest, your relationship and the reason for the suggestion.
Please do not submit payment details, private third-party contact information or sensitive personal information about guests.
Where submissions go.
Submissions are stored in the site’s database for the authorized LBB owner to review through a restricted workroom. They do not appear in the public Book. Hosting, database and authentication services support this process.
Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails and does not begin a paid engagement. We use the email you provide to discuss your submission.
Ask for a correction or deletion.
Use ASK LBB and write “Privacy request” in the brief, using the email associated with your original submission. Say whether you want a copy, correction or deletion. The owner handles these requests manually.
A privacy request does not incur a service fee. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your own information.
Optional analytics.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to see which pages people read, how they reach LBB, which links they use, how they engage with a film and whether an ask is successfully saved. It uses cookies. We do not send your form answers, name, email, private contacts or the full query string from a page address to our analytics events.
Choose Allow analytics or No thanks when prompted. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. The site and forms work with analytics off. We also respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Advertising features remain off.
Other websites.
Guides may link to external websites or include a YouTube player. Loading or using embedded media connects to its provider, which handles information under its own policies. External websites handle their own bookings. Check the destination before sharing confidential information.
