LBB is a hospitality intelligence platform providing venue curation, itinerary planning, and insider access across select markets. We offer three membership tiers: Library Access, Advisory Access, and Black Card, each with defined service levels and pricing.

3. Membership and Billing

All memberships are annual subscriptions billed yearly in advance.

3.2 Pricing

Membership fees are as stated on our website at the time of purchase.

3.3 Renewals

Memberships automatically renew annually unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date.

3.4 Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Service Limitations

4.1 Scope of Service

LBB provides venue intelligence, curation, and advisory services. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or performance of third-party venues, vendors, or services.

4.2 Response Times

While we strive to meet stated response times, they are estimates and not guarantees.

4.3 Availability

Services are subject to availability and may be limited based on membership tier and capacity.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use services in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not share login credentials
  • Communicate professionally with our team
  • Make final booking decisions at your own discretion

6. Intellectual Property

All content, databases, methodologies, and materials provided by LBB are proprietary and protected by copyright. Members may use this information for personal or internal business purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

LBB provides recommendations and advisory services but does not control third-party venues or vendors. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of recommended venues, services, or our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business or other members.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
