Judgment in Action

Bend, Oregon. One night.

The CEO wanted to walk to dinner. Made sense in theory.

The year before in New Orleans, the walk WAS the experience.

But Bend is not New Orleans.

The walkable option was a brewery. Forgettable food. Forgettable room. Fine for a Tuesday. Wrong for their final night.

I pushed back. We went back and forth.

Hawkeye & Huckleberry wasn't walkable. But it was perfect for their grand finale. Better pacing. Better room. A tone that fit the team.

Two days before arrival, he agreed.

By the end of the trip, he was thrilled.

Sometimes "trust me" is the entire strategy.

What We Do

The venue is maybe 20% of the value.

The goal is never to host an event. The goal is to create the conditions for real conversations, the kind that don't start with decks and don't end when the check arrives.

We think about context. Environment. Sequencing. Outcome.

Who needs to meet whom? What relationship are you trying to build? What does success look like beyond the metrics?

The venue is the stage. We design the entire play. And nobody gets stuck next to someone they hate.

What an engagement actually delivers:

Strategic brief (who are these people, what outcome are you designing for)

Venue recommendation with full rationale and LBB Index score

Guest dossier (attendee roster, photos, LinkedIn context, seating chart, conversation pairing notes)

Communications sequence (save-the-date, invitation, preference form, confirmations)

Venue briefing (direct call with GM on timing, pacing, menu, dietary, payment, arrival flow)

Day-of execution (on-site or remote triage)

Follow-up framework (debrief, thank-you copy, handwritten note guidance)

200+ events. 100% client retention. Covering 17 cities and counting.

Built on 14 years of Clandestine Events execution for Formula 1, NBA, Aramco, Microsoft, and Honeywell.

Executive experience

Some moments can be satisfactory.
The ones that matter can't.

When the room matters, the timing matters, and the margin for error is thin, we help you make the right call and see it through.
