What is The Little Black Book?
The Little Black Book (LBB) is a national hospitality intelligence platform for executives, founders, Chiefs of Staff, and executive assistants who cannot afford reputational risk. We provide decision-grade venue intel, curated itineraries, insider access, and complete experience architecture across Austin, New Orleans, NYC, and Las Vegas.
How is LBB different from concierge services or Google?
Google gives you options. Concierge services book what you tell them. LBB prevents you from picking wrong in the first place.
We provide operational intuition in product form: acoustics, booking protocols, relationship management, crisis resolution capabilities, and un-Googlable signal that protects your reputation and saves time.

What are the membership tiers?
Library Access ($295/year)
Self-serve access to our 250+ listing library, city playbooks, and landmines to avoid. No advisory or itinerary building.
Advisory Access ($2,950/year)
Up to 4 curated itineraries per year with 3 vetted options each, taste-checking, and 48-72 hour turnaround. Includes Library Access. No bookings or vendor management.
Black Card ($15,000/year)
Up to 3 engineered itineraries per quarter (12/year), bookings + confirmations, vendor management, concierge-style DM channel, and access to The Red Phone. Includes Advisory + Library Access.
What is The Red Phone?
The Red Phone is for Black Card clients who need a sharp, reality-aware pivot during a live moment. Not emergencies, not 24/7 heroics. It's the break-the-glass channel when timing shifts or when the night needs a better option fast.
Do you offer monthly pricing?
No. LBB is annual pricing only to ensure commitment and maintain service quality.

Does LBB handle on-site event production?
No. On-site event production lives under Clandestine Events + Experiences. LBB provides the intelligence and planning that prevents expensive mistakes before event production is needed. Large-scale programs requiring full production flow to the events division.
How quickly do you respond to requests?
Advisory Access members receive responses within 48-72 hours. Black Card members have priority access with faster turnaround and direct concierge channel support.
Is membership limited?
Yes. Black Card availability is limited to maintain quality service, though not to a fixed cap. We carefully manage member volume to ensure every request receives white-glove attention.
